I'M SPECIALISED IN SAVING TAPES THAT MOST COMPANIES DON'T WANNA TOUCH
If you have broken tape or mold or the cassette itself is damaged, please let me know. These media are not lost. I have experience in recounting/cleaning these types of tapes. Sometimes I put the tape in a different housing myself. In order to assess the damage and provide a quote for repair, I need photos. Please feel free to contact me; I work with you to restore and save your damaged memories.

Van eerste vraag tot bestanden in handen. Je hoort tussendoor van me hoe het ervoor staat.
- 1 Je stuurt je aanvraag Via WhatsApp of het contactformulier, het liefst met een paar foto’s van je materiaal. Daarmee zie ik meteen om welk formaat het gaat en in welke staat het is.
- 2 Je krijgt een offerte Vrijblijvend en op maat. De prijs hangt af van het type, het aantal en de staat van je materiaal — daarom staan er geen vaste tarieven op de site.
- 3 Je brengt of verstuurt je materiaal Langsbrengen in Amstelveen kan op afspraak. Opsturen mag ook, met PostNL, DHL, GLS of een andere vervoerder.
- 4 Ik ga aan de slag Gemiddeld 1 tot 6 weken, afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid en hoe druk het is. Heb je haast? Vraag het even — met spoed kan soms.
- 5 Je krijgt alles terug Je originelen plus de digitale bestanden, via een downloadlink en/of op USB. De downloadlink is gratis en drie maanden geldig.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to digitize my photos or videos?
The price depends on the type of material, quantity and condition it is in. Send me a photo or description of your material via WhatsApp or via email, you will receive a tailor-made quote quickly and without obligation.
How long does digitization take?
On average it takes 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the amount of material and crowds. An emergency order is certainly possible. If necessary, I would be happy to discuss with you what the options are at that moment.
Is my material safe with you?
Yes. I work in my own studio in Amstelveen and digitize everything myself — your material does not go to an external, anonymous company. You will always receive your original material back together with the digital files.
What if my tire is damaged or moldy?
No problem, I specialize in this. Send a photo of the material and I will see what is possible and what any repair costs. I can still save a lot of material that other companies refuse.
What file formats do you provide?
For video I can supply MP4 (H264/H265) or ProRes422, among others. For photos and slides you will receive high-resolution digital files, suitable for your phone, tablet, computer or Smart TV. Do you have a specific format you want? Indicate it, usually that is possible.
How do you deliver the files?

Can I also send my material instead of bringing it by?
Ja, dat kan prima via PostNL, DHL, GLS of een andere vervoerder naar keuze. Langsbrengen in Amstelveen kan alleen, op afspraak.
Do you also digitize purchased films or TV recordings?
Soms. Ik digitaliseer uitsluitend materiaal dat je zelf hebt opgenomen. Films, series of tv-uitzendingen hebben doorgaans copyright, deze neem ik uitsluitend in behandeling als de opdrachtgever de copyrights in bezit heeft.
Can I also have old videos edited or a slideshow made?
Yes, in addition to digitization, there are more options, such as editing, putting together a slideshow or creating a photo magazine. Ask about the options via WhatsApp.
I'm not sure you can digitize my type of material — what now?
Just send a photo of your material (tape, cassette, slides, photos) via WhatsApp. I will then let you know if and how I can digitize it.
